Appropriates $650,500 from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, including personal services ($464,900), state contributions to Social Security ($35,600), contractual services ($89,000), travel ($11,400), and other operational expenses.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.

Total appropriation of $850,500 for the Commission's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
