Appropriates $5,811,100 from the General Revenue Fund for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the Governor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012

Allocates $4,287,600 for personal services, the largest single expenditure category

Provides funding for state contributions to Social Security ($208,200), contractual services ($618,800), telecommunications ($273,000), electronic data processing ($182,000), travel ($91,300), and other operational expenses

Appropriates an additional $100,000 from the Governor's Grant Fund to be expended according to the terms and conditions upon which such funds were received

Legislation takes effect July 1, 2012
