Makes appropriations totaling $38,491,400 for the Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, comprised of $37,651,700 in other state funds and $839,700 in federal funds.

Allocates $19,367,600 from the Fire Prevention Fund and $3,719,900 from the Underground Storage Tank Fund for general office operations including personal services, employee benefits, contractual services, and equipment.

Appropriates $3,217,700 for grants including $2,267,700 for Chicago Fire Department Training Program and $950,000 for payments to local governmental agencies participating in state training programs.

Provides $8,000,000 for transfer to Fire Truck Revolving Loan Fund and Ambulance Revolving Loan Fund, and $2,000,000 for Small Equipment Grant Program.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
