Appropriates $362,300,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the Child Care Assistance Program for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012.

Appropriates $190,464,500 from the DHS Special Purposes Trust Fund for grants associated with child care services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

Appropriates $460,000,000 from the Employment and Training Fund for grants associated with employment and training programs, income assistance, and other social services, including operation, administrative, and prior year costs.

Total appropriations to the Department of Human Services equal $1,012,764,500 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2012, including available Federal funds.

Effective date is July 1, 2012.
