Department of Human Services shall coordinate with Governor's Office of Management and Budget to review contracts and grants and identify which are appropriate for performance-based contract evaluation models.

Department must refine existing performance metrics and develop new metrics for programs, including contracts and grants identified as appropriate candidates.

Starting in State Fiscal Year 2013, Community Services Agreements must explicitly outline specific performance metrics to be reported, submission methods, and reporting frequency.

Department shall enhance monitoring processes to address noncompliance with reporting requirements and program performance standards, including corrective action plans where applicable.

Provisions apply to all contracts and grants funded by the Department in amounts exceeding $100,000.
