IL SB3934

Amends the Cemetery Oversight Act by modifying Section 20-8 regarding vehicle traffic control at cemeteries.

Adds requirement that for-profit cemetery authorities with only one entry point cannot conduct more than 10 funerals in a single day.

Maintains existing requirements that cemetery authorities use reasonable best efforts to prevent funeral processions from obstructing street traffic for more than 10 minutes.

Establishes violation of this section as a business offense punishable by a fine of not more than $500 for each offense.

Becomes effective immediately upon becoming law.
