Amends Public Act 84-974 to modify the conveyance of real estate to the Village of Maryville by the Director of Central Management Services.

Removes the requirement that the 15.577-acre tract in Madison County be used for public purposes and eliminates the reversion clause requiring the property to return to the State of Illinois if Maryville fails to use it for public purposes.

The conveyance to the Village of Maryville remains at a consideration of $1, with coal and other minerals excepted from the transfer.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
