States that Illinois Board of Nursing's current online licensure lookup only displays Illinois licenses and does not show additional licenses held by Illinois licensees in other jurisdictions.

Identifies that full participation in Nursys provides immediate notification to the Illinois Board when its licensees are disciplined in other jurisdictions and allows employers and the public free online access to comprehensive license information including disciplinary history.

Specifically urges the Illinois Board of Nursing to sign the Nursys participation agreement in 2012 and authorizes delivery of the resolution to the Board.
