Urges Congress to override the Obama administration's order requiring employers, including religious organizations and institutions, to provide specific insurance coverage under the Affordable Health Care Act.

Notes the proposed "accommodation" allowing religious institutions to avoid directly paying for objectionable coverage leaves significant ambiguity about implementation.

Asserts the order would affect the ability of religious-affiliated schools, universities, and health care facilities to provide services consistent with their beliefs and would supersede Illinois's 1998 Health Care Right of Conscience Act.

Directs delivery of the resolution to President Barack Obama, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, and members of the Illinois congressional delegation.
