Urges United States Congress to repeal provisions of the Federal Aviation Administration Modernization and Reform Act requiring the FAA to develop a plan for integrating unmanned aircraft (drones) into national airspace by 2015

Calls for repeal of FAA rules implementing the unmanned aircraft integration plan across the continental United States and all U.S. territories and possessions

Expresses concern that expanded use of unmanned aircraft increases government aerial surveillance capability and threatens privacy rights of Illinois citizens

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Speaker and Minority Leader of the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate leadership, and members of the Illinois congressional delegation
