Directs the Auditor General to conduct a performance audit of the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board to assess its use of appropriated moneys from both the Traffic and Criminal Conviction Surcharge Fund and general revenue.

Audit shall determine whether the Board has spent appropriated funds on activities beyond its statutory authority, specifically regarding its reported intent to operate its own police training academy.

Board's statutory authority is limited to selecting and certifying police training schools under Section 6 of the Illinois Police Training Act for basic training of probationary police officers, county corrections officers, and court security officers.

Requires the Board and other relevant entities to cooperate fully with the Auditor General during the audit and mandates the Auditor General to report findings and recommendations in accordance with Section 3-14 of the Illinois State Auditing Act.

Directs distribution of the resolution to the Auditor General, the Board's Executive Director, and Board members.
