Martha Jones was born August 31, 1938 to Era and Robert Gavins; married Harry L. Woodard in 1958 and Maurice E. Jones on September 1, 1975

Graduated from Dudley Beauty College as a licensed cosmetologist and earned a bachelor's degree in Christian education from Midwest Apostolic Bible College in 1996

Served Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church for over 30 years in multiple roles including Sunday School teacher, choir director, and Pastor's Aide Chairman; also taught sign language, hermeneutics, and Romans at Midwest Apostolic Bible College

Senate directs that a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Martha Jones' family as an expression of sympathy
