Honors Leonard H. Pawlowski of Libertyville, who died on November 3, 2012, at age 86.

Recognizes his service as a World War II veteran on the USS Vastal and 40-year career as an insurance auditor at USF&G.

Notes his bachelor's degree in business administration from Marquette University (1951) and active membership in the Waukegan Knights of Columbus and Elks Club 702.

Survived by his wife of 57 years (Audrey), four children (Mark, Karen, John, and Jim), and nine grandchildren.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to his family as an expression of sympathy.
