Designates April 28, 2013 to May 4, 2013 as Abraham Lincoln Memorial Week in Illinois.

Acknowledges the 2015 Lincoln Funeral Coalition's efforts to educate, coordinate, and promote an accurate reenactment of Abraham Lincoln's historic funeral procession in Springfield.

Recognizes that the 2015 Lincoln Funeral Coalition will commemorate the 150th anniversary of President Lincoln's return to Springfield on May 3, 1865, and burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery on May 4, 1865.

Notes that the coalition's events will include symposiums beginning in April 2015 and a 3-day reenactment from May 1-3, 2015 to serve as an educational resource for citizens of Illinois and the nation.

Directs that a suitable copy of the resolution be presented to the 2015 Lincoln Funeral Coalition members as a token of esteem.
