Reduces reinstatement application fee from $500 to $200 and lowers fees for miscellaneous filings such as refund petitions ($15 to $5) and other documents ($100 to $5).

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law, aligning LLC filing fees with comparable corporate filing fees under Illinois law.
