Imposes an additional $500 fine on persons convicted of child pornography under Section 11-20.1 of the Criminal Code of 1961 or Criminal Code of 2012, in addition to any other penalties imposed.

Directs circuit clerks to collect the fine and deposit $5 into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund to offset collection and disbursement costs.

Requires circuit clerks to remit remaining fine amounts within one month to the local or State government law enforcement agency that investigated the case.

Directs $100 of the fine to the Department of State Police for deposit into the State Crime Laboratory Fund when the Department provides digital or electronic forensic examination assistance to another law enforcement agency investigating the case.

Specifies that when Department of State Police officers investigated the case, the entire remaining fine shall be remitted to the Department for deposit into the State Crime Laboratory Fund.
