Mandates operators provide written warnings about radiation effects, require protective eyewear, instruct users on proper positioning, and monitor facility temperature not to exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Requires operators to ensure dry floors before each use and maintain proper sanitizing procedures for all equipment and eyewear between users.

Exempts phototherapy devices under physician supervision, private residential devices, non-skin irradiation devices, and spray-on tanning products from the tanning equipment restrictions.
