Amends Public Act 97-0730 to increase Community Care Program appropriations from $687,124,400 to $860,124,400, an increase of $173 million.

Increases total Department on Aging appropriations from $753,485,500 to $926,485,500 by adding $173 million for the Community Care Program.

Appropriates $151 million from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Healthcare and Family Services for deposit into the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund.

Maintains all other existing appropriation amounts for aging services including Comprehensive Care Coordination ($57.4 million), Title III programs, and Senior Health Assistance Programs.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
