Amends the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Safety Act to add Section 12.2 authorizing injunctive relief proceedings.

State Fire Marshal (through Attorney General), State's Attorneys, interested residents, and legal entities may petition courts for injunctive relief against violators of the Act.

Courts may issue temporary restraining orders without notice or bond against persons or entities violating the Act's rules or regulations.

Courts may issue permanent injunctions against violators who continue prohibited activities after temporary restraining orders are granted.

Violations of injunctive orders may be treated as contempt of court, and injunctive relief proceedings are in addition to all other penalties under the Act.
