Deletes language from the Condominium Property Act requiring bylaws to allow unit owners to vote by proxy in board officer elections.

Allows unit owners to vote by proxy in general membership meetings, but permits associations to adopt rules prohibiting proxy voting in board elections if done at least 120 days before the election.

When proxy voting is prohibited for board elections, unit owners may vote only by submitting an association-issued ballot in person at the meeting or by mail/other delivery methods specified in bylaws.

Requires ballots to be distributed 10-30 days before board elections, with at least 21 days' notice of candidate nomination deadlines, and allows write-in votes for candidates not listed on the ballot.

Permits unit owners who submit mail ballots to request and cast ballots in person at the election meeting, voiding any previously submitted ballot.
