Limits full-contact hitting practice during regular season to a maximum of 2 days per week, effective May 31, 2014.

Prohibits full-contact hitting practice during off-season and summer camp periods.

Allows coaches discretion for full-contact hitting practice during pre-season.

Requires all football coaches to complete a certified online concussion training program by May 31, 2014, covering topics including reduction of full-contact hitting, long-term effects of repetitive head impacts, and brain injury protection techniques.

Directs Illinois High School Association committees to develop a supplemental online training program on concussive and subconcussive brain injuries by December 31, 2013.
