Amends Section 6.04 of the State Property Control Act to establish threshold values for equipment inventory reporting requirements.

Requires reporting of equipment valued over $500 for legislative branch agency officers and over $1,000 for all other responsible officers, including university and college presidents.

Mandates reporting of "high theft equipment" regardless of value threshold, including computers, tablets, monitors, wireless devices, firearms, and recreational vehicles valued over $250 (where applicable).

Exempts furniture that has been in service for more than 10 years from reporting requirements.

Defines "high theft equipment" as specific categories including electronics, digital recording devices, tools, machinery, and other items deemed susceptible to theft or loss as determined by the administrator.
