Amends the Environmental Protection Act to require the Agency to maintain permit information on its website beginning January 1, 2014

Requires posting descriptions of each permit type issued by the Agency and identification of persons subject to each type of permit

Requires posting descriptions of the permit application process for each type, including statutory or regulatory deadlines and whether public notices or hearings are required

Requires posting an annual report by February 1 each year containing the number of permit applications received, permits issued, and average processing time for the previous calendar year
