Amends the Property Tax Code Section 15-172 regarding the Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption.

Beginning in assessment year 2013, reduces a taxpayer's household income calculation by the amount of Medicare premiums paid during the calendar year for purposes of determining eligibility and exemption amounts.

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law.
