Adds "marriage and family therapist" to the list of active state licenses that satisfy continuing professional development requirements for school service personnel certificate renewal.

Adds "marriage and family therapist" as a school support personnel endorsement area on the Professional Educator License for individuals working in instructional support positions in Illinois public schools and charter schools.

Holders of marriage and family therapist endorsements on Professional Educator Licenses are entitled to the same rights and privileges as other licensed educators, including teacher benefits, compensation, and working conditions.

Amends Sections 21-25 and 21B-25 of the Illinois School Code to incorporate marriage and family therapist licensure into educator certification and renewal procedures.
