IL HB2482

Amends Illinois Counties Code Section 6-1002 to require county annual budgets include a detailed statement of any bonuses or salary increases that are not subject to collective bargaining agreements for all county agencies, departments, and entities receiving appropriations.

New requirement applies to all employees receiving such compensation increases, regardless of whether they are part of a collective bargaining unit.

Adds subsection (f) to existing budget content requirements covering receipts, payments, revenues, expenditures, cash balances, income estimates, and proposed appropriations.
