Amends the Local Government Professional Services Selection Act to modify public notice requirements for procurement of architectural, engineering, and land surveying services by political subdivisions.

Allows political subdivisions to notify firms through mail or e-mail (previously required mailing only) when requesting statements of interest for specific projects.

Adds option for political subdivisions to advertise professional services on their website as an alternative to newspaper advertisements, with requirements to include project descriptions and submission deadlines.

Permits firms to annually file statements of qualifications and performance data with political subdivisions to be considered for projects.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
