Amends Section 9-206 of the Code of Civil Procedure regarding termination of year-to-year farm land leases.

Changes the notice requirement from "not less than 4 months prior to the end of the year of letting" to "no later than September 15 of the then current calendar year."

Allows written agreements between parties to override the September 15 notice requirement.

Maintains that notice must be given in writing and cannot be waived through a verbal lease.
