Amends the Health Care Services Lien Act (770 ILCS 23/15) to require notice to lien holders when a case is dismissed or judgment is entered against the injured person.

Requires the injured person or their authorized representative to provide written notice to the lien holder using the same service method as notices of judgment, award, settlement, or compromise.

Applies notice requirements to health care professionals or providers that rendered treatment and served a valid lien notice under Section 10 of the Act.

Specifies that for lien holders operated by local government units, notice must be served on the individual or entity authorized to receive service under Section 2-211 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
