IL HB2624

Adds library districts to the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal (ITAP) requirement to compile and update databases with information from counties, townships, municipalities, and now library districts.

Requires ITAP to include a searchable database of all library district employees hired on or after the effective date of this act, sorted by employing unit of local government, employment position title, and current pay rate and year-to-date pay.

Establishes that library districts must comply with Section 405-335 of the Department of Central Management Services Law and may not submit employment information to ITAP in a manner inconsistent with those requirements.

Makes library districts responsible for the accuracy of employment information they submit to ITAP.
