Appropriates $11,094,800 to the Supreme Court for personal services, contractual services, travel, commodities, printing, equipment, telecommunications, and automotive operations

Appropriates $24,079,500 to the Appellate Court and $105,976,800 to the Circuit Court for ordinary and contingent expenses including personnel, services, and equipment

Appropriates $15,396,000 to the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts for personnel, retirement, contractual services, and electronic data processing

Appropriates funds for specialized court programs: $1,000,000 for Foreign Language Interpreter Program from General Revenue Fund, $26,515,000 for Mandatory Arbitration Programs, $1,145,100 for Foreign Language Interpreter Program, and $939,800 for lawyers' assistance programs

Takes effect July 1, 2013
