IL HB2757

Adds a new mandatory condition (item 20) requiring persons on parole or mandatory supervised release to reside within the county where they lived immediately prior to commitment to the Department of Corrections.

Amends Section 3-14-1 to require the Department of Corrections to release persons on parole or mandatory supervised release only to an address located in the county where the subject resided immediately before commitment to the Department.

Modifies the Unified Code of Corrections by changing Sections 3-3-7 and 3-14-1 to implement county-based residency requirements for released offenders.
