Establishes a coordinated program called the Crimes Against Police Officers Advisory within the Department of State Police to rapidly disseminate information about suspects of crimes against peace officers.

Applies to five specific offenses: first degree murder, second degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, reckless homicide, and concealment of homicidal death when committed or attempted against a peace officer.

Law enforcement agencies may request assistance when a suspect is unaprehended, poses a serious threat to the public, and sufficient information exists to help locate the suspect.

Department of State Police retains authority to determine whether disseminating information would pose significant risk to the public or jeopardize the investigation.

Department of State Police may partner with media to broadcast suspect details and seek public assistance in locating suspects or vehicles used in offenses.
