Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to establish Section 26-6 regarding disorderly conduct at funeral or memorial services, with the purpose of protecting grieving families' privacy and ability to mourn.

Defines "funeral site" as a church, synagogue, mosque, funeral home, cemetery, gravesite, or similar location where a funeral is conducted or scheduled within one hour before or after the service.

Makes it illegal to engage in loud singing, music, chanting, yelling, or noisemaking with amplification devices within 1,000 feet of a funeral site's entrance or exit if audible and disturbing to attendees, or to display visual images conveying fighting words or threats within that same distance.

Prohibits knowingly obstructing, hindering, impeding, or blocking a person's entry to or exit from a funeral site, with an exception for property owners taking lawful actions to exclude others.

Establishes disorderly conduct at a funeral or memorial service as a Class C misdemeanor for first offense and a Class 4 felony for second or subsequent violations.
