Amends the Freedom of Information Act to add Section 2.37 of the Wildlife Code as a statutory exemption from public disclosure requirements.

Exempts the location of traps or snares authorized by the Department of Natural Resources or other governmental bodies for controlling wildlife species from Freedom of Information Act requests.

Modifies the Wildlife Code Section 2.37 to establish that trap and snare locations used in wildlife damage control are exempt from public disclosure.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
