Sealing available for wider range of records including convictions, with eligibility timelines of 3-4 years after sentence termination depending on criminal history and offense type.

Prohibits sealing or expungement for sexual offenses against minors, DUI/reckless driving violations, crimes of violence, and certain felonies unless specific conditions met (acquittal, dismissal, or conviction reversal).

Requires drug testing within 30 days before petition filing for certain felony sealing requests; establishes court procedures including 60-day objection period and hearing requirements; allows petitioner fees and bars sealing of subsequent felony records if convicted of another felony after sealing.
