Removes the maximum fee cap that school districts may charge students for driver education courses, eliminating the previous $50 limit and $250 increased limit provisions.

Requires school districts to waive driver education fees for students who are unable to pay.

Maintains existing requirements for driver education courses including 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction at the high school level.

Requires driver education fees and state reimbursement combined to not exceed the total program cost and be deposited into a separate driver education fund.

Mandates all driver education fund revenues be used solely for funding approved high school driver education programs taught by State Board of Education-endorsed instructors.
