Increases minimum prison sentence for first offense predatory criminal sexual assault of a child from 6 years to 20 years under Illinois Criminal Code Section 11-1.40.

Maintains Class X felony classification with maximum sentence of 60 years for basic violation (victim under 13 years old).

Preserves enhanced penalties for aggravated circumstances including firearm possession (adds 15 years), firearm discharge (adds 20 years), causing serious bodily harm (50 years to life), and delivering controlled substances (50-60 years).

Mandates natural life imprisonment for predatory sexual assault against 2 or more victims regardless of whether offenses were related.

Requires natural life imprisonment for second or subsequent convictions of predatory sexual assault of a child or related sexual assault offenses.
