• Requires publishers to disclose campus bookstore pricing, copyright dates of previous three editions (from prior 10 years), substantial content revisions, and alternative formats with prices when providing textbook information to faculty and institutions.

• Mandates publishers honor quoted prices to campus bookstores for at least 6 months and provide 45 days' written notice before any price increases.

• Requires publishers to unbundle and sell college textbooks and supplemental materials separately at individual prices, except for "integrated textbooks" where materials cannot be separated by contract or are interrelated with textbook content.

• Requires publishers to provide written pricing in advance for custom textbooks compiled at faculty request before accepting orders.

• Authorizes courts to issue injunctions and appropriate orders against publishers violating these requirements.
