Requires the Department of Children and Family Services to develop and distribute a bibliography to all guardians ad litem containing information on parental alienation behaviors, along with other topics including juvenile court process, child development, and medical aspects of child abuse.

Mandates that training for guardians ad litem under the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act include a component on the dynamics of parental alienation behaviors and their effect on parents and children.

Applies the parental alienation training requirement to guardians ad litem, professional personnel, evaluators, and investigators appointed in dissolution of marriage cases.
