Changes teen dating violence education requirement from grade 8 through 12 to grade 7 through 12 in the Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act.

Creates new Section 3.10 requiring each public school district to adopt a policy addressing teen dating violence that includes a statement prohibiting it and affirming students' right to a safe learning environment.

Mandates school districts incorporate age-appropriate teen dating violence education into training programs for students in grades 7 through 12 and for school employees.

Requires school districts to establish procedures for how employees respond to teen dating violence incidents occurring at school, on school grounds, at school-sponsored activities, or in school transportation vehicles.

Directs school districts to identify responsible officials by job title to receive reports on teen dating violence and to notify students and parents of the adopted policy.
