Appropriates $629,693,800 in general funds and $4,673,700 in other state funds to the University of Illinois Board of Trustees for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014, totaling $634,367,500.

Allocates $493,468,200 from the Education Assistance Fund for personal services and salaries, including $9,737,100 for Social Security and Medicare contributions and $24,893,200 for group insurance.

Provides $45,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund for University of Illinois Hospital operating costs and $15,095,300 for the Prairie Research Institute.

Appropriates funds from specialized state funds for specific programs: $3,523,700 from Fire Prevention Fund for Illinois Fire Service Institute, $716,200 for Hispanic Center for Excellence, $1,119,000 for Public Policy Institute, and $313,000 for College of Dentistry grant.

Takes effect July 1, 2013 and includes appropriations from multiple special funds including $500,000 from Hazardous Waste Research Fund, $200,000 each from Emergency Public Health Fund and Used Tire Management Fund for mosquito abatement research.
