Appropriates $41,895,800 from the Education Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University for ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Personal Services allocation of $39,795,800 includes salaries and accrued unpaid compensation for academic personnel during the 2013-2014 academic year.

Additional allocations include $1,300,000 for Contractual Services, $500,000 for Equipment, and $300,000 for Telecommunications Services.

Appropriates $5,000 from the State College and University Trust Fund for scholarship grant awards in accordance with Public Act 91-0083.

Act takes effect July 1, 2013, with total appropriation of $41,900,800.
