Appropriates $1,274,798,300 total for the Illinois Department on Aging for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, consisting of $1,184,215,300 in General Funds, $4,945,000 in Other State Funds, and $85,638,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $1,127,665,900 from General Revenue Fund for Community Care Program services including grants, administrative expenses, and prior year costs.

Funds $76,700,000 from Services for Older Americans Fund for Title III and Title V programs including congregate meals, home delivered meals, employment services, and elder abuse prevention.

Appropriates $36,421,800 from General Revenue Fund for operations including Elder Abuse and Neglect Act expenses, senior employment programs, home delivered meals, and senior health insurance programs.

Allows the Department, with Governor's written consent, to reapportion up to 10 percent of General Revenue Fund appropriations among various authorized purposes; effective date July 1, 2013.
