Appropriates $20,794,300 from the General Revenue Fund for the Office of the State Appellate Defender's FY14 ordinary and contingent expenses, including $16,155,000 for personal services and $801,500 for EDP.

Appropriates $200,000 from the State Appellate Defender Federal Trust Fund for expenses related to federally assisted programs on systemic sentencing issues appeals cases.

Appropriates $65,000 from the General Revenue Fund for federally assisted programs to work on systemic sentencing issues appeals cases.

Appropriates $175,000 from the General Revenue Fund for the Expungement Program's ordinary and contingent expenses.

Appropriates $63,000 from the General Revenue Fund for statewide training to Public Defenders under the Public Defender Training Program and $300,000 to develop a Juvenile Defender Resource Center.

Effective July 1, 2013.
