Appropriates $16,889,064 for ordinary and contingent expenses of the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Funds include $8,340,564 from General Revenue Fund for personal services, retirement contributions, social security, contractual services, and training programs.

Allocates $2,500,000 from Narcotics Profit Forfeiture Fund for drug asset forfeiture procedures and $2,200,000 from Special Federal Grant Project Fund for assistance to local state's attorneys.

Provides $2,000,000 grant to Cook County State's Attorney for appeals and $1,050,000 from Continuing Legal Education Trust Fund for training grants and violent crimes prosecution programs.

Effective July 1, 2013.
