Appropriates $1,243,137,200 from General Funds and $91,696,200 from Other State Funds totaling $1,334,833,400 for Department of Corrections ordinary and contingent expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2014.

Funds operations across 25 correctional facilities including Stateville, Menard, Pontiac, Dixon, and others with allocations for personal services, contractual services, commodities, equipment, and telecommunications at each institution.

Appropriates $48,970,700 for general office operations including $19,681,300 for personal services and $14,776,700 for electronic data processing.

Provides $37,000,000 from Department of Corrections Reimbursement and Education Fund for school district programs, federal programs including construction of additional beds and treatment programs, and miscellaneous programs including medical costs and Cook County Boot Camp.

Appropriates $100,000 from Sex Offender Management Board Fund for sex offender evaluation, treatment, monitoring programs and grants; effective July 1, 2013.
