Appropriates $38,511,400 total ($37,671,700 from Other State Funds and $839,700 from Federal Funds) to the Office of the State Fire Marshal for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013

Funds General Office operations from Fire Prevention Fund ($18,860,900) and Underground Storage Tank Fund ($3,615,200), covering personal services, employee benefits, contractual services, and equipment

Appropriates $715,500 for public safety shared services center, $65,000 for Fire Explorer and Cadet School, and $200,000 for Illinois Firefighters' Memorial maintenance and events

Provides $3,299,100 in grants including $2,349,100 for Chicago Fire Department Training Program and $950,000 for local governmental agency training programs

Appropriates $6,000,000 for Fire Truck and Ambulance Revolving Loan Funds, $4,000,000 for Small Equipment Grant Program, and $550,000 grant to City of Chicago for Underground Storage Program administrative costs; effective July 1, 2013
