Appropriates $12,160,500 total to the Department of Labor for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013, comprised of $6,266,500 in General Funds, $894,000 in Other State Funds, and $5,000,000 in Federal Funds.

Allocates $6,266,500 from General Revenue Fund for operations including personal services ($5,353,600), social security contributions ($409,600), contractual services ($261,000), travel ($105,000), and telecommunications ($103,000).

Appropriates $148,800 from Wage Theft Enforcement Fund for personal services ($85,000) and related employee costs.

Allocates $607,500 from Child Labor and Day and Temporary Labor Services Enforcement Fund and $137,700 from Employee Classification Fund for Fair Labor Standards operations.

Appropriates $2,000,000 from Department of Labor Federal Trust Fund for occupational safety and health administration state program for public sector worksites and $2,970,000 from Federal Industrial Services Fund for OSHA program administrative expenses.
