Appropriates $13,091,050 to the President of the Senate (37.436%) and Speaker of the House (62.564%) for member compensation and legislative expenses for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013.

Appropriates $20,603,400 for Senate and House leadership staff, general staff, and office operations, split among Senate President (25.7%), Senate Minority Leader (25.7%), House Speaker (24.8%), and House Minority Leader (23.8%).

Appropriates $9,882,100 for committee expenses, staff, and debate transcription costs, with 43.018% to Senate President and 56.982% to House Speaker.

Appropriates $6,483,050 for expert witnesses, technical services, and research assistance for standing committees, with 46.862% to Senate President and 53.138% to House Speaker.

Appropriates $2,000,000 total for redistricting expenses ($1,000,000 split equally between Senate President and Minority Leader; $1,000,000 split equally between House Speaker and Minority Leader).
